Rob and Paul set up this business to use their background and experience to make an impact in schools, academies and colleges across the country. Although they are both London based they have worked with schools in Bristol, Immingham, Liverpool, Oldham, Devon, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Hereford, Portsmouth plus a large number in Greater London.

Rob's background and training has been centred on raising standards and school improvement. Five years with London Challenge meant that Rob's role as an associate Head, then Head ensured that he was at the sharp end of the standards agenda.
During Rob's Headship GCSE results increased from 26% 5 x A* - C EM to 50%, to 69% in consecutive years. This made John Paul II school the top performing school in London and in the top 2% nationally. Rob's firm belief is that the curriculum and curriculum planning is key to success.
Following Headship Rob ran the Sheffield Challenge with David Woods and had a spell as a Consultant Head.
Rob is Ofsted trained and has either led or been part of a number of 'Mocksted' inspections.
Paul's background in Computer Science and Data lead him to the Education Sector, originally a Network Manager he has supported schools across the country and has been timetabling for twenty years.
Paul's expertise is in the Options Process, Curriculum Modelling and Timetabling in Nova T6, he enjoys the challenge of timetabling and finding solutions to problems that scheduling often throws up.
